Even if you are NOT an official "chaperone" but would like to use our rooms you CAN DO SO.... here's how: Take the number of people in the room x the number of nights. Add the supplemental rooming charge based on occupancy. That's it! Your hotel room, resort fees, city/state/federal taxes, and your admission to the event is all included! You can even stay a different room night pattern than your schools group if desired! A sample is listed at the bottom of the page for your convenience:
