In 2025, Heart of America will celebrate its 10th Anniversary. Special recognition and flashbacks will be presented at all venues with a 10th Anniversary Opening Ceremony planned for Los Angeles.
“Celebrating our 10th anniversary, we’re doing something new at our newest location. A special opening ceremony, dinner and dance will take place the night before the contest! Students and directors will get to celebrate what we’ve accomplished during the last decade!”
– Dan Baker, Executive Producer, Heart of America
In 2015, Chad Alexander Williams started Heart of America (HOA) as a direct response to the consistent director feedback he received from teachers and educators nationwide. These directors wanted an affordable alternative to existing festivals and competitions with a high-quality live production that was well-attended.
In just a short time, Heart of America consistently provided the most significant, most competitive and exciting line-up for show choir and concert choir programs in the United States. We achieve this while maintaining an affordable price point alternative compared to other companies providing the same, or similar, type of service and programs.
HOA is the most significant event producer for show choir programs in the United States. We offer divisions for middle and junior high, high schools and collegiate programs. Since our inception, we have welcomed back numerous repeat schools and consistently attract new programs each year. Plans include expanding our incredible events to more choral programs in the United States and abroad!
We are committed to providing FAIR, EDUCATIONAL and AFFORDABLE events with the highest professionalism and integrity. We believe students learn as much offstage as they do onstage. Thus, we strive to provide a safe and student-friendly space where students and parents can stay, perform, dine, find age-appropriate entertainment and learn.
Heart of America also offers scholarship opportunities for students through our sponsors. We continue to grow and cultivate an environment where competition drives excellence, and every student is valued and given the opportunity to succeed. We are located in Indianapolis and produce choral events nationwide.
